- Is sharing guest contact information the same as mailing-list consent?No. Event contact sharing and a guest’s choice to join a venue mailing list are separate permissions.

- How do guests join our venue’s mailing list?Enable the venue’s mailing-list offer; guests can choose to join after the event.
- How do venue plans work?Venue plans are based on the number of concurrently active events and are arranged through Contact.
- How do I set up my venue’s defaults?Open the venue profile to set the place, appearance and wording new events start with.
- How do I invite someone to my venue team?Invite them by email from the venue’s organization settings and choose their role carefully.
- How do I hand a venue event to its host?Use Transfer hosting under the event’s Hosts & privacy tab.

- How do I download my event?Find Download everything in event settings and create an export.
- How do I change the sender name or let guests reply to me?Open Manage → Settings → Email to set the sender and enable replies to the host.
- How do I change the date, time or venue?Edit the event in Design → Basics and tell guests about any important change.
- How do I turn features on or off?Open Manage → Features to choose the tools and guest activities your event uses.
