How do I control who can see and answer my invitation?
Use Who can come in Manage → Settings, and review the separate option to hide the invitation.
Open Manage → Settings → Who can come.
- Just your guest list: only people on your list can answer.
- Anyone with the link: people can arrive through a shared link.
- Anyone can find it: the event can also be discoverable through search.
Limiting replies to your list does not by itself hide the invitation. Review the separate option to hide the invitation itself, and add the intended guests before expecting them to get in.
An address omitted from the visible page is not a promise that someone holding a non-private event link cannot retrieve it. Use the invitation's access controls for privacy.
