How do I review or change a guest’s response?

Open Manage → Guests to review responses and the confirmed headcount. Search or filter the list, then open a household to see the details available to your role.

Use the household's editing controls to record a correction the guest has given you. Review the people, answer and meal choices before saving. If the guest has not replied online, the host can record a response on their behalf using the add-response control.

Maybe responses are separate from the confirmed headcount. An invitation count is a count of households, not the number of people coming.

On the website, Export CSV downloads the current guest-list view.
