Use tags on venue events to mark and filter facts your team needs for the event.
On a venue event, use the tag controls beside the invitation or guest list to create labels and apply them to households. You can then filter the list by a tag.
Create and edit tag definitions on the website. The app can apply existing tags and filter by them.
Tags are visible to the event's operators, including staff who work on logistics. They are not private notes for the host alone, and they are not shown to guests.
Use tags for details such as club membership. Keep meal choices and attendance in their existing fields so the event's counts stay meaningful.
