How do guests join our venue’s mailing list?
Enable the venue’s mailing-list offer; from the day of the event, guests can join from the Mailing lists page of their account.
Open the venue profile's Mailing list settings and configure the offer and its wording.
From the day of the event, and afterwards, a guest's page names your list in one quiet line at the bottom that leads to the Mailing lists page of their account. There your wording asks them to join, and a guest already on your list finds the way off. Joining is their choice. The host cannot opt them in by uploading a guest list or recording an RSVP.
Use the venue's audience controls to review and export the list available to you. Respect its subscription state when using it elsewhere.
Turning off the offer does not delete existing subscribers. Guests keep a way to leave, including after an event is archived. This offer is not available on personal accounts.
