How do I set a guest limit or RSVP deadline?

Open Manage → Settings and find Guest limit or RSVP deadline. You can also find either with Search setup and features.

The guest limit counts people, not invitation addresses. Leave it empty for no limit. For an event where some guests join later, the two limits apply to their respective groups, not a combined maximum for the room.

An explicit RSVP deadline sets when replies close. Without one, replies normally close when the doors open or the event starts. Archiving closes replies too.
