How do I review guest photographs and guestbook entries?

Open Manage → Photos or Manage → Guestbook and review the contributions. Use the item's available moderation controls to hide it from guests or move it to the recycle bin.

On Guestbook, each note is a row, the notes waiting on you under Awaiting review. Press one to read all of it, with its flag if a guest reported it, and to switch Guests see it off or on, or Delete it, which moves it to the recycle bin with a few seconds to undo. Find a note searches what they say and who wrote them, and Filter beside it narrows the notes to Hidden or Flagged, where some are hidden and some are not; the chips stay open while one other than All is chosen.

On the website, Photos is a grid: press a photo to open its panel. It holds the caption, two switches, On the projector and Guests see it, then Order to move it earlier or later in the album, and Delete, which moves it to the recycle bin with a few seconds to undo. Press the picture in the panel to see it full size, or drag a photo in the grid to reorder the album. Over the photos, On the projector and Hidden narrow the album once a photo is in either. Choose for the projector picks several at once, in the order you press them, and Add photos opens your live guest page in a new tab to add your own. In the app, Add photos opens your photo library.

Every guest report appears in the event's activity so you can review it. When two different guests report the same item, it is hidden from guests until you put it back. Hiding and deleting are different actions; check which control you are using. A photograph you hide or bin also leaves any award it was nominated for, and one a guest sends as a nomination from the screen's code joins the album under their name, to review like any other.

Photos and guestbook entries are available to people with permission to see guest content. Some venue staff roles have access to logistics without access to these tabs' contents.

How much guests can add, and saving the album

The Photos sheet, from the Photos card in Manage → Features or Settings at the top of the tab, sets Photos per guest, from 1 to 100, and Guests can download the album. The Guestbook sheet sets Notes per guest, from 1 to 20.

Guests can download the album is on for a new event. Off, the app has no Keep button in a guest's photo viewer, and the website stops offering the browser's own ways to save a picture: the long press on a phone, the right-click menu and dragging it away. That makes saving less inviting; it does not stop it. A guest can still take a screenshot, or open the picture's address. You and your co-hosts can always save from your own tabs.
