Invitations, replies and everything on a guest page.
- How do I reply to an invitation?Open the invitation, choose your answer and submit the RSVP form.
- How do I nominate and vote for awards?Open Awards from your guest page. Put something forward for each award, tap your favorite once voting opens, and change your mind until it closes.
- How do I open the photo booth pictures from the screen?Scan the guest QR code shown on the event’s display when the host has enabled it.
- Can I bring someone with me?The RSVP form shows how many additional guests your host allows.
- How do I change my RSVP?Return to your invitation and choose Change your answer while replies are open.
- Where do I find directions and add the event to my calendar?Use the directions and calendar controls on the invitation or your RSVP confirmation.
- How do I find my invitation?Open your invitation email, or sign in with the address your host invited.
- How do I leave a guestbook message?Open Guestbook from your guest page and submit a note while contributions are open.
- Where are the messages my host sent?On your page for the event, under Messages: the newest on the page, the rest under All messages.
- How do I leave a venue’s mailing list?Open Mailing lists on the Notifications tab of your account and use the venue’s row.
- How do I make my nametag?Open Nametags from your guest page after replying that you are coming or may come.
- How do I see or add photographs?Open Photos from your guest page when your host has made the album available.
- How do I report a photograph or guestbook entry?Use the report control on the photograph or guestbook entry.
- Why can I not submit my RSVP?Replies may have closed, the event may be full, or the invitation may be for a different email address.
- Can I sign in by text instead of email?Sometimes. On an invitation where your host gave us your mobile number, or with a number you added to your account, choose Sign in by text and enter the code we text you.
- My sign-in code has not arrived. What should I do?Check the email address and spam folder, then request a fresh sign-in email if needed.
- How do I request a song?Open the song requests from your guest page, search for a track and choose it.
- How do I turn texts about an event on or off?On the Notifications tab of your account page, open the event and turn on Texts: confirm your number and the opt-in box, and press Turn on texts. Turn it off to stop. Or answer any text with STOP.
- How do I stop emails about an event?Turn off the event's Email on the Notifications tab of your account page, or use the unsubscribe link in an event email.
- How do I sign up to bring something?Open Potluck on your guest page, see what others are bringing, and say what you'll bring or pick from your host's list.

- How do I get help from a person?Use Contact for a product problem; ask your host about arrangements for their event.
- How do I delete my account?Use Delete account at the foot of Account → Settings and review the consequences before confirming.
- How do I set or reset my password?Set a password from Account. If you have one and cannot remember it, use Forgot it? beside Password on the sign-in page.
- Can I sign in with Google or Apple?Yes. Choose Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple on the web and on iPhone and iPad, and you will not need a code from your email.
