- How do I reply to an invitation?Open the invitation, choose your answer and submit the RSVP form.
- How do I open the photo booth pictures from the screen?Scan the guest QR code shown on the event’s display when the host has enabled it.
- Can I bring someone with me?The RSVP form shows how many additional guests your host allows.
- How do I change my RSVP?Return to your invitation and choose Change answer while replies are open.
- Where do I find directions and add the event to my calendar?Use the directions and calendar controls on the invitation or your RSVP confirmation.
- How do I find my invitation?Open your invitation email, or sign in with the address your host invited.
- How do I leave a guestbook message?Open Guestbook from your guest page and submit a note while contributions are open.
- How do I leave a venue’s mailing list?Return to the event guest page and use the mailing-list control at the bottom.
- How do I make my nametag?Open Nametags from your guest page after replying that you are coming or may come.
- How do I see or add photographs?Open Photos from your guest page when your host has made the album available.
- How do I report a photograph or guestbook entry?Use the report control on the photograph or guestbook entry.
- Why can I not submit my RSVP?Replies may have closed, the event may be full, or the invitation may be for a different email address.
- My sign-in code has not arrived. What should I do?Check the email address and spam folder, then request a fresh sign-in email if needed.
- How do I request a song?Open the song requests from your guest page, search for a track and choose it.
- How do I stop emails about an event?Use the unsubscribe link in an invitation or other bulk event email.
- How do I sign up to bring something?Choose What to bring on your guest page and claim an available item.
