How do I request a song?

Open the song requests from your guest page. Search by song or artist and choose the track you mean. If someone has already requested it, use its vote control to support that request.

Your host sets how many songs each guest can request. Unless they change it, the limit is 10. Voting for a song someone else already requested does not count toward it. To make room, take back one of your requests that nobody else has voted for.

A request helps your host plan the music; it does not guarantee the song will be played.

Requests close when the party starts and votes when it ends, unless your host chose other times; the page says when each closes. The list and its votes stay readable after that. If song requests are missing altogether, your host may have switched them off.
