- How do I manage or cancel my plan?Use the billing control on the website’s Account page; in the app, use Contact for billing help.
- How do I get help from a person?Use Contact for a product problem; ask your host about arrangements for their event.
- How do I delete my account?Use Delete account at the bottom of Account and review the consequences before confirming.
- What is included for free?Your first published personal event is free, with invitations to the first 50 email addresses and no credit card required.
- How do I set or reset my password?Set a password from Account, or use Forgot password if you already have one and cannot remember it.
