# How do I let guests bring a plus-one?

Turn on Additional guests in Design → Details and set how many they may bring.

1. Open **Design → Details** on an event that takes RSVPs.
2. Turn on **Additional guests**.
3. Enter the number of extra people each respondent may bring.

For a plus-one, enter **1**. That means the respondent and one other person, two people in total.

Turning Additional guests off makes the form ask for the respondent only. This setting controls a household's size; the event's overall **Guest limit** is separate.
