# How do I invite some guests to join later?

Set the later start time in Design → Basics, then assign households to the appropriate group.

In **Design → Basics**, use **Some guests join later** and set their arrival time. Assign each household to the appropriate group when managing invitations or responses.

Check the invitation preview for each group before sending, so guests receive the timing meant for them.

If you use guest limits, review both groups' limits. The later group's limit counts the people joining later, not everyone who will be in the room after they arrive.
