# How do I download my event?

Find Download everything in event settings and create an export.

Open the event's settings and find **Download everything**, or use **Search setup and features** to locate it. Choose **Create export**.

The export is prepared in the background. We email you a link when it is ready. The download link lasts 7 days; create a new export if you need another later.

The ZIP includes the event information your role may access. A venue's export of an event handed to an outside host does not include the host's photographs, guestbook or messages.

For an export across your events, use **Account → Download your data**.
