# How do I add a co-host or give support access?

Open Manage → Hosts & privacy and choose the kind of access you intend to grant.

Open **Manage → Hosts & privacy**.

Use **Co-hosts** when someone is helping run the event. A co-host can see guest contact details, photographs and guestbook entries. There can be up to 3 co-hosts.

Use **Cut the Cake support** when you need our help with the event. Choose the access duration offered there and revoke it early when you no longer need it.

Product tooling cannot see your event's contents without a grant, and every view under a grant is logged. This describes access through the product; infrastructure administration is separate. We can see operational metadata, such as counts and delivery outcomes, without a grant.
